Primrose Hill

The Project at Primrose Hill was undertaken in 2006. Redi-Rock was chosen for this project as it was a cut and fill site with the cut very close to existing houses. By using Redi-Rock it saved a lot of additional excavating and avoided putting the foundations and gardens of the houses at risk.

Savings were made in both time and labour and Wates benefited by saving approximately £250,000 using Redi-Rock.

The project was undertaken during the winter and was not affected by delays caused by the weather, due to the ease at which it was installed.
